Q?When can I expect Delivery
A.

Dates of product arrivals are ALWAYS approximate as some delays may occur due but not limited to the following: weekend hours, shipping delays, factory holiday and summer shutdowns, backorders, custom orders.

Q?What is our Payment Policy
A.

We require a 50% Deposit on ALL orders, with the remaining balance due 2 business days prior to delivery.

Your product must be paid for in full within 7 days of arrival to our warehouse. Interest amount of 2% per month will be charged on overdue accounts after 30 days of receipt of product.

NSF Cheque fee of $45.00.

Q?Our Return Policy
A.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a replacement. Please note that damages and defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Items not eligible for returns include: Clearance or Sale items, Custom Furniture Products, Custom Area Rugs, Used Mattresses, Gift Certificates.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to management approved returns.

Deposits are non-refundable.
